When running a Constituent Update Batch Import Process in CRM the Primary Address will not update with the information contained within the Import Process.
This occurs when Constituent Matching setting are not properly configured. Check both the Batch Template settings and the Import Process setting in regard to the Constituent Matching. 1.Click edit on either the Constituent Update Batch Template or the Import. 2.Click Configure options. 3.Click Constituent matching. 4.Notice Constituent matching settings. These settings are to be configured by organizations themselves. If these setting are not configured properly the records will not properly 'Match' and the desired updates will not be made.
