Beakpoints skipped when working with some VBA events

Working in VBA using the RE Code wizard and with Batch_BeforePostRecord.  Setting a breakpoint does not stop execution as expected.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. Please contact Support for assistance.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. With VBA unlocked, Log in as a supervisor user to The Raiser's Edge 
  2. Click Tools > Visual Basic for Applications.  The VBA IDE appears
  3. In the IDE, click "RE Code Wizard" near the top-left
  4. Expand Batch and select Batch_AfterPostRecord and Batch_BeforePostRecord
  5. Expand Constituent and select Constituent_BeforeSave
  6. Add any code to these subs and a message box alert to appear when the sub us run
  7. Set a breakpoint before the message box code 
NOTICE: The breaakpoint works for the Constituent_BeforeSave but does not with Batch_AfterPostRecord and Batch_BeforePostRecord
