Admin User is Unable to See Journal Entries on Accounts

An admin user in your database is unable to see the journal entries on an account that can be seen when logged in with other accounts. When the Admin user access the Journal page of the account, no journal entries load:

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in with the Admin user
  2. Open a constituent account
  3. Click on the Journal link in the account header
  4. The Journal page does not fully load and no entries are displayed
  5. Log out with the Admin user
  6. Log in with another user
  7. Open the same constituent account and navigate to the Journal page
  8. The journal entries now appear
