To remove a Match depends on the means of how the associated Donation was received.

If the Donation for the Match was received by Credit Card, then you would need to contact your Site Manager to reach out to Network For Good and have them remove the Match

If the Donation for the Match was made through any other means, then the Blackbaud MicroEdge Services Desk should be able to handle the request. To begin the process, reach out to Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST and we will do all we can to assist and assign your request to our Services personnel.
