I am in need of removing a Match record in Blackbaud Employee Giving, but I do not seem to be able to do so. What steps do I need to take to remove the Match?
To remove a Match depends on the means of how the associated Donation was received.
If the Donation for the Match was received by Credit Card, then you would need to contact your Site Manager to reach out to Network For Good and have them remove the Match
If the Donation for the Match was made through any other means, then the Blackbaud Services Desk should be able to handle the request. Please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at https://www.blackbaud.com/contact-us/ which will always have the most up to date information.
