After rescheduling tickets for a constituent, you may notice that the revenue summary and constituent summary have decreased by the ticket amount, but the fees and taxes are still there. The ticket sale still shows properly on the Revenue History tab, though.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. Product Development will be focusing development resources in other existing areas of the product, as well as new feature development.
These tickets and sales are still counted through query and Reports. They are also still represented in the Revenue History tab. This issue will not affect reporting numbers.
Steps to Duplicate
In a database, go to Sales > Daily Sales
Sell a ticket to a scheduled event that has more than one time available.
In the search bar at the top, search for the constituent who bought the event ticket.
Find the Ticket order under Recent and Upcoming Activities of the Summary Tab for this constituent, and click the hyperlink.
At the top left, click Reschedule Tickets.
Under the New Date and Time column, select a different event time for the ticket to be used.
It will ask if you want to reschedule all similar tickets. Click Yes or no. Click Complete.
Click the Constituent's name at the top left. See that the total revenue for the constituent no longer reflects this ticket price. Click the Revenue Tab, and see that it's not reflected under Revenue Summary.
