When pulling up BBMS report Expiration date format varies seemingly randomly between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XXXX. The cards also succeed and fail by Gateway decline regardless of how the expiration date format appears on the transaction line. The formating is not determined by BBMS rather it comes from CRM.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Do a transaction report in BBMS on effected cards 2. Notice effected card(s) 3. Notice date format varies 4. Notice Gateway decline varies regardless of expiration date format 5. Open CRM 6. Navigate to Constituent record from BBMS Transaction report 7. On Summary tab click a recent revenue that corresponds with Transaction report from BBMS 8. Compare Transactions: notice expiration dates
