- In Core > Events > Calendar Events
- Browse to and open the event.
- Click Settings.
- Under Access, add the necessary roles or set the Access to Public.
- Save and close the event.
Connect and collaborate with fellow Blackbaud users.
If an event was created as Secure instead of Public and a user role isn't selected to view the event, the event will not display even if the calendar is selected in the user's profile. This could cause one group of records like Parents, Students, or Faculty to see an event while anther group cannot.
