When I try to create a document in Blackbaud Grantmaking (GIFTS Online) or check an existing document out, I receive an Exception Error with a number code. Why does this happen and can it be corrected so I can create documents?

To resolve, please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at https://www.blackbaud.com/contact-us/ which will always have the most up to date information.. Please provide the Customer Support Representative with the number from the error message so that further steps may be taken to troubleshoot the issue.
