General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_GL7ACCOUNTBUDGETS_GL7BUDGETSCENARIOID_GL7ACCOUNTSID_U' - when changing the account number in a row in a budget record

When editing an account number on a row in a particular account budget that was imported, a user may receive the error:

General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_GL7ACCOUNTBUDGETS_GL7BUDGETSCENARIOID_GL7ACCOUNTSID_U'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.GL7ACCOUNTBUDGETS'. The duplicate key value is (26,2417). 
Native Error:2627
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The statement has been terminated. 
Native error:3621

This may occur for multiple users 
This may occur for only 1 budget
 
1. Delete and re-enter the rows that need to be edited at the bottom of the budget record
OR 
2. Run the Rebuild Indexes function in the Blackbaud Management Console 
 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to Duplicate: 
1. General Ledger > Records > Budgets > Open the budget Scenario where the error is occuring
2. Attempt to change one of the account numbers to a different account > Save
3. Receive error
