When the applicant receives this error, they must be careful to go through the Application and ensure that all required fields are filled out. In some cases, there are similarly labeled fields that may appear. Therefore, if the Application warns the Applicant that "Fax is a required field and must not be left blank" despite the Applicant claiming that they filled out the Fax field, there may be another field called 'Fax' that the Applicant missed when filling out the form.
