Blank code window - when viewing the HTML using Internet Explorer

When viewing HTML code in the source editor, you may notice that you are unable to view the HTML code and the screen is blank.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, use an alternate browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to NetCommunity with Internet Explorer
  2. Edit the donation part on this page and click on the Acknowledgement email button at the top of the screen OR alternative edit any text part on the site
  3. Go to View tab
  4. Select HTML Code
  5. Observe the missing HTML code
