When the email search function is used in CRM, Emails that have been deleted show up in the results where they do not show up in the list view.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create an email in CRM via Emails > Add 2. Delete the email. 3. Notice it disappears from the list view. 4. Click the search for an email option. 5. search for the email you have created or just hit search. 6. Note that the email you deleted shows up in results.
