Community Emails received query node shows incorrect BBIS Email recipients

When users query on Constituents that were sent emails from mailings the number of recipients is incorrect as compared to the email report in BBIS. 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Email within BBIS
  2. Select Messages
  3. Find email message 
  4. View the Email report
  5. Notice there were a X number of recipients 
  6. In CRM Go to Analysis>Query
  7. Create a Constituent Query
  8. Select Community Emails Received\Name = email in step 3 above
  9. Preview the results and you will see Y number of recipients
