The first time a constituent uses Janrain SSO to log in, they will receive a pop-up that asks them to confirm the information pulled in from their social media account (such as name, email, address, date of birth, etc). They also have the option to click Register or Log in to their Luminate Online account. The following image shows what the options may look like:

If the constituent already has an existing Luminate Online account:
  • Clicking Register will create a duplicate Luminate Online account that will need to be merged with their existing record (moving the associated linked social media account to the record saved after merging)
  • Clicking "Log in here" will prompt the constituent to sign in with their Luminate Online username/password and will link the social media account to the existing profile.
