I can log into my software solution but not Blackbaud Support.
If you already have two Blackbaud Omnibar Login Accounts, chat with support to have your internal record updated to the email you would like to use to log into both the software solution and blackbaud.com support. When your analyst advised you our records are now correct, you will be able to log into both your software solution and blackbaud.com support.
If you use the email address you currently use to access your software solution, that is the email address we need to have on your internal record.
If you use the email address you currently use to access blackbaud.com support, that is the email address we need to have on your internal record, BUT you will need to be removed from your software solution and re-invited with the correct email address.
