Error: An unknown error occurred during the request. This could indicate a request to an invalid endpoint or a problem with the web server Configuration - when using a radius search in CRM

A user may want to create a radius search from an individual on a map.  When a non-Administrator user does this, this error may appear:

We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Administration > Security > Application Users > search for a non system admin users
3. click on username
4. System Role (+) Add an ALL RIGHTS role
5. Ensure user does not have system Admin rights
6. Navigate to Constituents records > Contacts > Edit down chevron > Map
7. Highlight the constituent Icon and click Radius Search 
8. Select any radius search (25,50,100 miles) 
9. Receive the error: An unknown error occurred during the request. This could indicate a request to an invalid endpoint or a problem with the web server Configuration
