The template may be blank due to a number of reasons:

1. The template file itself does not exist on our end; it may not have been sent to us during the migration to GIFTS Online

2. The template and/or the associated merge fields were outdated and the information within could not be interpreted

3. The template may have been blank before migration and went unnoticed

This behavior is extremely rare, but can be frustrating. At this time, the only means of correcting the issue would be to forward us the old copy of the Template files from your old GIFTS system - the .doc file and the .mrg file. Please call 877-704-3343 to discuss the matter with Blackbaud Customer Support between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST so that we can be thorough in our investigation.
