The reason your Reviewers would be unable to see drop-down menus on the Review form in the Reviewer Portal is most likely caused by a known Bug in the system that intermittently causes drop-down menus to render as text entry fields. We strongly suggest having your Reviewer log out of the Reviewer Portal, clear their browser cache and cookies, then log back in to see if the drop-down fields are restored.
