My acknowledgement process is pulling a letter that's not in the Letter Table

When running your acknowledgement process, you may notice a letter that's been deleted is still getting processed, or perhaps you don't recognize a letter that is found in the zip file.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In Client Database, click Marketing and Communications>Acknowledgements
  2. Click Run Acknowledgements
  3. Put a check next to any letter and click Run.
  4. It will take you to the history tab when completed. For the recent Completion, click the green arrows next to it and select Download.
  5. Open the zip file. See that it now contains an extra letter that was not in the original Letter Table
