Entering a flat number coverts the address to a date format in the NetCommunity Plugin

When a donor enters a flat number as their address on a NetCommunity form such as 15/3, the address in the NetCommunity plugin in The Raiser's Edge is converted to a timestamp instead of representing the new address entered.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into NetCommunity and navigate to a profile update form
  2. In the address line 1 field, enter a Flat number e.g. 15/2 and then on address line 2 enter e.g. 123 Test Street
  3. Save the profile
  4. Go into the NetCommunity plugin within RE and go to Profile Updates, process the profile update so this address is saved on the record.
  5. Go back to the Profile update form and change the address line 1 to e.g. 15/3
  6. Save the Profile update form and go back into the NetCommunity Plugin.
  7. Observe that the downloaded profile update has changed the Address Line 1 field to a date format string.
  8. If you navigate back to the profile update form, it will show the address line 1 field currently as a date string.
  9. This only seems to occur when the Flat number is in format XX/X this doesn't occur when it is X/X format
