​This can occur if your firewall blocks our email or if the file is not ready. The file can take a few days to process depending on the data.

To check if the file is ready, follow the below steps:
  1. Navigate to Administration>Data tune-up
  2. From the Address Finder tab, click on your process
  3. Next to Step 3, click Check file availability
  4. If file is unavailable, you will receive a prompt
  5. If file is available, Check file availability will become grayed and Start process will highlight for you to click
