"The price of [Designation] has changed from $number.cents to $number.cents. Please review the items in your cart before you proceed with payment." - when a cent value other than .00 is used in a recurring gift or pledge

When adding a recurring gift for an amount with a cent value other than .00, you might encounter the message, "The price of [Designation] has changed from $1,234.56 to $1,234.56. Please review the items in your cart before you proceed with payment."

This only occurs when the dollar amount is greater than 1024 and the cents amount = .56 exactly. (i.e., 1023.56 works. 1024.56 fails. 1024.57 works. etc.)

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create a page with a donation form that allows recurring gifts.
2) Go to the the payment page and enter a recurring gift with the value $1,234.56
3) Fill out all the information on the payment page and click Checkout
4) Notice the error at the top, "The price of [Designation] has changed from $1,234.56 to $1,234.56. Please review the items in your cart before you proceed with payment."
