My applicant recently reached out to me as they wanted to continue an In Progress Application, but after trying multiple times to log in, they received the following error message on the Grantee Portal:
"Your account cannot be accessed at this time"
How can we help the applicant move past this problem?
Your applicant may receive this warning message due to too many failed login attempts to the grantee portal. This can cause the account to become locked, however we are able to take action to correct this from our end.
