To query on emails from Online Express, the information must be pushed across to the records as appeals first.  How to add Online Express email stats to Constituent records (includes video demo)

Once added the information can be queried on the appeal response status.

The current defaults are:
  • Opt-Out
  • Bounced
  • Opened
  • Clicked
  • Gave
  • Attended
  • Highly Interested
  • Interested, at a later date
  • Not at this time
  • Received
  • Request removal from mailing
  • Responded
