We are attempting to upload segment members to our LCRM segments. After attempting the upload the user interface showed the error: File successfully uploaded and queued for processing. Data import is finished. Status: FAILED: CSV could not be processed. Invalid format.
In Excel, there are several variations of .csv file format you can select when you "save as." For Segment Member uploads LCRM will only accept the upload file if it is saved as CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv) format.
