Source Code parts with multiple values available in the layout uses the last value in the source code part list and cannot be changed

When a source code layout has a part with multiple static options enabled, you might notice that the part automatically uses the last value in the list when adding a segment to a marketing effort.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Go to Marketing and Communications > Source Codes > Source Code Parts
2) Edit the Marketing Effort source code part
3) Enter a description and use a format/value of a double digit number such as 11.
4) Repeat step 3 using other double digit numbers.
5) Make sure the checkbox next to "Automatically increment source code values during data entry" is unmarked > Click save.
6) Go to the Source Code Layouts tab > Add a new Layout
7) Add the Marketing Effort source code part to the layout
8) Mark the checkbox to include the format/values added during steps 3-4.
9) Add a Marketing Effort using the Source Code Layout you just created > Segments tab > Click Add
10) On the Source Code tab, notice that the Marketing Effort source code part automatically has the last value available in the Source Code Layout and that it cannot be changed.
