Users confirm the transaction appears with the correct currency on the donor record in Luminate and in their merchant account but appears incorrect in the plugin.This issue can occur when Regional Settings on the workstation are incorrect or the country is incorrectly configured in Raiser's Edge. Complete the following troubleshooting to confirm:

Raiser's Edge International Settings
  1. Log into Raiser's Edge
  2. Click Config
  3. Click International
  4. Select Open on each country
  5. Ensure ISO name, Exchange Rate, Currency, etc are correct
  6. Repeat steps for every country
