The main table to focus on is the dbo.GIFT table.  This table has a field called "PlannedGiftId" and it is this field that can be used to identify all gifts related to any specific planned gift.

Consider the following - I have a planned gift with a system record ID of 2145 and it has three gifts that appear in the "Realized Revenue" tab on the planned gift record.  The SQL to return all three gifts for this planned gift would be:

SELECT
    ID as 'RealizedRevenueSystemRecordID',
    Amount
FROM dbo.GIFT
WHERE PlannedGiftID = 2145 --Replace with Planned Gift System Record ID
