Emails showing as bounced in BBIS are not on the Invalid Accounts list in BBIS or the Blacklist in CRM

Users may find emails that report as bounced do not always appear in the Invalid Accounts list in BBIS or Blacklist in CRM.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Send an email message to an address that will generate a hardbounce.
2. Confirm the email bounced on the "Not Sent" report for the message.
3. Review the "Invalid Accounts" list in BBIS and Blacklist in CRM and confirm that the bounced address is not present.
