Users may find emails that report as bounced do not always appear in the Invalid Accounts list in BBIS or Blacklist in CRM.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Send an email message to an address that will generate a hardbounce. 2. Confirm the email bounced on the "Not Sent" report for the message. 3. Review the "Invalid Accounts" list in BBIS and Blacklist in CRM and confirm that the bounced address is not present.
