Error: The time zone ID '(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)' was not found on the local computer when downloading exchange data.

When attempting to download exchange data the process is failing with the error “The time zone ID '(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)' was not found on the local computer”
 
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to administration>Exchange Integration> Download Exchange data.
2. Attempt to run the download, observe error.
