Update text on Password Reset confirmation screen

You want to know how to update the text the user sees on the Password Reset confirmation screen. You may not see the area within the User Login part to update the text.
The option to change the text on the password reset confirmation page was removed as of NetCommunity 7.1.172 as part of fix for a PCI vulnerability.

Changing the text will require adding custom JavaScript to the page to overwrite the text. This is a billable service if requested through Blackbaud.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. While logged in, edit the User Login part
  2. Select the Language tab
  3. From the Category dropdown, select Messages
  4. Look for the Item Name: Sent Email with information message
    • The option is not available
