Error: Error printing grid: Subscript out of range - when printing grid from the Duplicate Constituent Management Tool

There are no duplicates in the Duplicate Constituent Management Tool and I want to print the grid. However, when I try to do that, the following message occurs:

Error printing grid: Subscript out of range
The "grid" from the File menu in the Duplicate Constituent Management Tool refers to displayed potential duplicates within the Tool. Here is the area of the Tool that is the "grid":
Grid from Duplicate Constituent Management Tool

If there are no potential duplicates listed, then there is no grid for the Tool to print. If a report is needed to show duplicates to be processed, try one of the following before processing the potential duplicates in the Tool as there is no report available after a duplicate is processed:
  • For each potential duplicate, print the Grid before processing the duplicate.
  • For a report of all potential duplicates, print the Tool's report from File > print > report before processing the duplicates.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Admin > Duplicate constituent management tool
  2. Open the tool
  3. Click on File > print > grid
  4. If there are no duplicates listed, the message will occur.
