- If the account is locked out from entering the incorrect password, you may not receive an email to reset the password. Have a System Role Administrator unlock the account OR wait 30 minutes for the account to unlock automatically.
- If the email you entered does not match the email associated with your Altru account, you will not receive a reset password email. Have an administrator verify and edit your email address in Altru.
- If your account is not locked and your email matches that on your Altru account, verify these IP addresses are white listed on your email servers and network appliances.
