Application error when setting an "in effect date" on an accounts persona

 When trying to add in an 'In Effect From' dates to an accounts persona they receive this error:

eTapestry Application Error
An exception error has occurred for the process you are running. Please try to run the process again. If you continue to see this error, please contact Support for assistance. From the Help menu, select Chat now. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. This appears to only happen when the user's locale is set to Swedish/Sweden. In the mean time, you can change your user's locale by following these steps:
  1. Go to Management and click My User
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Under User Preferences select a different Locale from the drop down box (ie. English/United Kingdom)
  4. Click Save And 


 Occurs when a user's locale is "Swedish / Sweden"
