In a constituent query, you might notice that the Community Emails Received fields are blank for Marketing Effort emails sent through BBIS.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Create an email marketing effort in CRM 2) Add Segments and Export the effort 3) On the Marketing Effort Export Process Page, click "Start email job". 4) Go to BBIS > Email > Messages and monitor the status of the send. 5) After the send is complete, create a constituent ad-hoc query in CRM 6) Filter on constituents in the marketing effort and notice that the Community Emails Received fields are blank for that send.
