To cancel a user's ticket without processing a refund, follow these steps:
  1. Select Content > Events
  2. Select the Event List tab
  3. Search for your Event's name
  4. Click on Manage for your Event
  5. Within the Attendees tab, search for the user's ticket purchase
  6. Once you have located the User/Attendee, click on Cancel Tickets under the Action column
This will allow the ticket to be canceled without processing a refund.
