Why do some items show as Red when running the Master Schedule report?

When running the Master Schedule report from Analysis > Reports, schools may notice that some items display in Red text.
When an item displays in this manner, it is due to the information being in Conflict. For example, if room 101 is showing in Red, this may mean that the room is in use by another group at the same time.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Analysis > Reports from one of the products.
  2. Select the category Schedule -- Room Reports.
  3. Click Run next to the Master Schedule report.
  4. Set the date and school level filters and click Generate Report.
  5. See some items show in Red text.
