Configure the Tax Entity
  1. Go to Tickets, Click Ticket Sales Setup > Tax Entities
  2. Click Add
  3. Enter the Tax Entity Description
  4. Click Save
Configure the taxes
  1. Go to Tickets > Taxes
  2. Click Add
  3. Enter your tax information
  4. Click Save
Add taxes to your program
  1. Go to Tickets Program Search
  2. Search for your program
  3. Go to the Fees and Taxes tab
  4. Click Add under Taxes
  5. Select your tax from the dropdown menu
  6. Click Save
