NXT Ratings added in database view do not show in webview

Users may find the below Prospect Ratings when working in Raiser's Edge database view:

Minimum ask amount - NXT
Maximum ask amount - NXT
Minimum estimated assets - NXT
Maximum estimated assets - NXT
Overall wealth rating - NXT


These are all shown with a Source of Blackbaud Analytics - NXT.  If any of these Ratings are added to a constituent record in database view, they will not show when the record is brought up in NXT webview.  Users will also be unable to add these Ratings directly from NXT webview, even when following Some Ratings from the database view are missing in the NXT web view.
These Ratings were intended for US users and were disabled for UK users which removed the options from NXT webview, however it appears some users who had NXT prior to the switch-off have noticed these options have synced into their database view.  These will never show on NXT webview therefore users should arrange to remove these ratings from any existing constituents and then delete these table entries from the Ratings table in Config -> Tables.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Access Raiser's Edge database view.
2. Open a constituent record, select the Prospect tab and then select the Ratings category from the left-hand menu.
3. Click on New Rating and select Source as Blackbaud Analytics - NXT and then select Category as one of the above options.
4. Save and close the record, then open the same constituent record in NXT webview.
5. Note that Rating does not show on the record and the options cannot be added from here.
