I see a Get Started screen when I click on the Online Express plugin

When navigating to the Online Express plugin in Blackbaud Hosting Services, users with Supervisor rights might see a Get Started screen and are prompted to re-provision Online Express. non-Supervisor users do not see the Online Plugin at all.
We are currently evaluating this issue for databases hosted in the Blackbaud Hosting Services environment and will update this article when we have more information.

While we are addressing this behavior, please complete the following steps to re-provision your Online Express plugin if this behavior occurs:
  1. Click the Get started button
  2. In the window that appears, type your organization's Site ID in the Site ID field
  3. Type in your email address in the Primary email address field
  4. Click the Next button
  5. Type your organization's Online Express ID in the Online Express ID field
    • NOTE: If you do not know your organization's Online Express ID, please contact Support and reference this article
  6. Click the Done button
  7. In the dashboard of the Online Express plugin, click on the Account button
  8. Click Integration Options>General
  9. Select your desired table entries to include on your forms in the CountriesStatesCountiesNZ Cities, NZ Suburbs, and Titles tabs
  10. Navigate to Integration options>Email mapping
  11. Select your desired email types to use for your email lists
  12. Navigate to Integration options>Phone mapping
  13. Select your desired phone type from the Primary phone type drop-down
  14. Select Integration options>Addressee/Salutation
  15. Select your desired addressee/salutation formats to use for the Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Addressee and Salutation fields
  16. Navigate to Integration options>Event mapping
  17. Select your desired contact type from the Organization contact type for event registrations
  18. Navigate to Integration options>Currency Configuration
  19. Map your desired country with the listed currencies
  20. Navigate to Integration options>Constituents
  21. Select your desired constituency code to apply to all online transactions from the Constituent Code applied to all online transactions drop-down
  22. Select your desired default sets from the Default Set applied to all new individuals and Default Set applied to all new organizations drop-downs
  23. Navigate to Integration options>Constituent mapping
  24. Make your desired selections for fields to consider when auto-matching constituents
  25. Select Integration options>Security
  26. Select your desired user groups that should have access to the Online Express plugin
  27. Navigate to Integration options>Transaction Assignments
  28. Configure your transaction assignments as desired
  29. Click the OK button

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Raiser's Edge with a username with Supervisor rights
  2. Click on the Online Express icon
  3. Notice the user receives the Get started screen despite the organization previously provisioning Online Express and being hosted with Blackbaud Hosting Services
