Users can attempt the following reccomended steps:

Raiser's Edge
1. Navigate to Raiser's Edge, Connect RE plugin
2. Review and process any available updates in the Key Metrics section
3. Review and process any available updates in the Matching section OR use the Search function to look for updates to process for the affected record(s)

Core
1. Navigate to Core, Dashboards and select Potential Duplicate Users
2. Review the duplicate records and manually copy any relevant information from the newer profile to the older, master record that will be retained
3. Delete the duplicate profile
