If you encounter an error stating that the external document you are trying to open is corrupt, it may have been corrupt before it was sent to you. 

We can always confirm this for you if you contact Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case on CaseCentral - be sure to provide us the Document ID number and as much detail as you can.

With this information, we can determine if the files themselves are corrupted or if there may be an issue with GIFTS Online.
