Application error when accessing DIY forms

Some users may experience an application error when accessing Management then DIY forms under Online Presence:
eTapestry Application Error: Object not found: Perhaps you are attempting to access a deleted object? If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact customer support.
Try these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Try to access the same page on a different browser
  2. Clear your cache
  3. Try under a different user account
If you still encounter problems, chat with support.  You will need to provide the URL
(sna.etapestry.com or bos.etapestry.com), and a login ID and password for the user experiencing the issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the database
  2. Click Management
  3. Click DIY forms under Online Presence
  4. eTapestry Application Error: Object not found: Perhaps you are attempting to access a deleted object? If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact customer support.
