1. Save and close the import in The Raiser's Edge
  2. Save(if desired) and close ALL excel spreadsheets and Microsoft products
  3. Run import again

NOTE: If all files are closed and the file is NOT on a shared drive and your RE database is Hosted by Blackbaud, note the application server within the Citrix Connection Center.  Exit and Sign Out of The Raiser's Edge and sign in again to try to connect to a different server.  If unable to resolve or connect to a different server, please contact Support with the specific Server Number and your Hosting Username.
