This error sometimes comes up in the hosted environment following a scheduled update of the AddressAccelerator system.  If you experience this issue, please complete the following:
  1. Right-click the Citirx Receiver Icon in your system tray.  It's the one that looks like a black and white bulls-eye
  2. Choose the Connection Center

  1. In the connection center window, make a note of the the name of the server to which you're connected.
