Error: Sorry, we were unable to perform the action you requested. Attachment in use: can't delete

When clicking Delete to remove a template from the Communications section, you receive the following error:

Sorry, we were unable to perform the action you requested. Attachment in use: can't delete
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Communications in the menu
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click on a category in which to store a new template
  4. Click New Email or Document Template
  5. Give the template a name
  6. Check off the box next to Include Sharing Links
  7. Browse for and upload a photo to use as a sharing icon
  8. Click Next
  9. Select a layout, and click Next
  10. Click Save and Finish
  11. Click Copy under the template you just created
  12. Click Copy in the pop up window that appears
  13. Now that a copy has been created, click Delete underneath the original template. The error will now appear
