Map pin in List does not update with Constituent's current Preferred Address

Map View of Consittuent Lists in Web View are not updating with Constituents' Preferred Address.
The Maps feature with Lists only refers to the Preferred Address on the Constituent record.

If the Preferred Address is updated, it will take 3-4 hours for the Preferred Address on the Map to update.

If you notice that the Map feature is not using the Preferred Address and hte Preferred Address record was updated more than 3-4 hours ago, please contact Support with the following information:
  1. The name of the list in question
  2. The date the Preferred Address record was changed (and a screen shot):
    1. In Database View, navigate to Records>Constituent
    2. Search for the Constituent in question
    3. On the Bio 1 tab, navigate to the Preferred Address - Home section
    4. Click the More button

  1. In the window that appears, click File>Properties
  2. Note down the value listed next to Date Last Changed

  1. The Constituent ID of the Constituent whose address is incorrectly populating in Maps (and a screen shot)
  2. The address appearing in the Map (and a screen shot)
  3. The Preferred Address on the Constituent record (and a screen shot)
  4. The Preferred Address that is appearing in the Constituent Summary column of the List (and a screen shot)

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In Database view, go to query> open query of constituents updated using AddressFinder.
  2. In the results tab, double click on the constituents to review their preferred address and what it was changed from via AddressFinder results> Close query.
  3. In Webview, go to Lists> Constituents> New List
  4. Select Start with a static query
  5. Select query mentioned in step 1
  6. Click the Pin button. The constituent pin is placed where old address was, but when you click on it, it displays their current preferred address.
