I have created and tested an online Application and I would now like to test online Requirements. How can I go about doing this?
To test online Requirements, you must follow the entire process just as you would with the online Application forms:
First, create the Requirement form in the Forms Manager that you plan on publishing to your Applicants.
Then, back in GIFTS Online... 1. Create the new Requirement from a Request that was created from an online Application 2. Once the Requirement is created, choose Actions > Publish to Web from the Requirement record 3. When you Publish, you will see a dropdown that allows you to select from your Requirement forms which is published out to your user > Select your test form as you wish and complete the publish action
Once this is complete, log into the grantee portal and you will now see a 'Requirements' tab where you can access your Requirement form, which you can now fill out and test.
