Invalid Accounts missing Bounce Information

When viewing email addresses listed under Invalid Accounts, the bounce detail information is missing. 
This issue was caused by a delay in communication between our email reporting services and the Blackbaud NetCommunity website. The issue has since been resolved and all bounce information is reporting as expected.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. Navigate to Email>Invalid Accounts
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to an email address
  • Note: no bounce information is listed
