Before you can commit a gift in a batch you need to resolve all rejection codes as the Raiser's Edge will not commit a gift that has a rejection code.  You may need to add the Authorization Code and Rejection Code fields to your batch when processing credit cards to see if there are rejection codes coming from your Payment Processor.  

If you still were unable to resolve the rejection code, you can use reports within Blackbaud Merchant Services, or your Payment Processor to reach out to those individuals directly.  As you cannot commit a gift that has a rejection code, this information is not stored within the Raiser's Edge.
